Well I think youth is a must this week, Polak I can live with but 3 more untried changes is a must IMO, that way it will show we are trying to move on rather than trying to bandaid our current situation with players like King, McMahon, Hislop, Farmer etc...

Spot on WA. If the selection committee just conservatively revolving doors the same hacks back into the side that they dropped last week, it will make the hotel room fiasco even more depressing.

I'm happy to see Farmer return. I thought he has been more than servicable considering he is still young and new to the club.

Polak, yes if it straightens us up like it did at the end of the Sydney game when Simmonds floated forward.

My other choices would be Webberly and Dea.

No King or McMahon please. Tuck was also average but Thomson hasn't set the world on fire so I'm unsure which way to go here  :-\

They might bring McMahon back to repeat his heroics from last season!!  :o

And I'm only half-joking - he might just be in the mix this week, now that we have all those forced changes.

Then we probably need to drop Edwards as well.  7 clangers last week!  :o

At least he is consistent.... :whistle, thats the problem, Edwards was probably, I mean surley ;D going to be dropped this week but not now. Oh well lets hope he can turn the corner this week seeing he has been given many lifelines. Not sure I would have Farmer back either, I don't like the look of our team with Farmer, Edwards and King in, if he does come in. We need (IMO) to play some taller types, give the new kids a go, who cares, nothing to lose.

Look at the Bombers on the weekend, they played two new young kids and they wen't great, c'mon Tigers take a risk.

In the Mix ......

RICHMOND

The Tigers have an empty injury list, but four players on club suspension. David Gourdis was solid for Coburg and for the Tigers in the first round of the NAB Cup - and is a likely replacement in defence for Luke McGuane. Matt Dea, pick 44 in last year's draft, could also make his debut for the club in place of Daniel Connors. Elevated rookie Graham Polak kicked a couple but is unlikely to step up, though midfielder Andrew Collins seems a good fit in the midfield.

The suspensions might provide an opening for former basketballer Matt Dea to make his AFL debut, after he was among the best for VFL affiliate Coburg in defence last weekend.

Defenders Will Thursfield and Mitch Farmer are other possible inclusions, after missing the Swans match through injury.

Spot on

Taylor, Dea, Webberly and Astbury all in.

Rotate the list through. With all due respect to Melbourne, other than North you wont find a smaller bodied side in teh AFL to blood some raw youth. Has to be done.
Go Tigers!
