Well call me a masochist but in keeping a promise I made to a friend I lost at the start of 2009 that I'll go to every game - I have my tickets and will be heading down the highway in a fortnight

Fly out Sunday too for Freo. And yes I packed my construction hard hat for protection against the feral Freo supporters who have a tendency to spit and whack with flags  ::)

The Cats on the rebound in round 6 just like in 2007. :help

They kicked 23 21 against Port at Kardinia Park on the rebound and barring torrential rain they will have at least 50 shots at goal. They could easily kick 30 -35 goals on Sunday depending on how accurate they are in front of the sticks. :help

Will be a 100+ point thumping. :help

I hope that they have two poor weeks in a row. :pray

Tigers won't shirk challenge

    * AAP
    * From: Herald Sun
    * April 27, 2010

RICHMOND coach Damien Hardwick admits his youthful Tigers face a "bloody daunting" task in taking on Geelong on the rebound when the teams clash at Skilled Stadium on Sunday.

The Tigers slumped to their fifth consecutive loss on Sunday night when Fremantle overcame a 27-point deficit to win by 39 at Subiaco Oval.

Hardwick urged Richmond fans to remain patient while his young team gains experience, but declared it wouldn't shy away from the challenge of taking on Geelong.

"If you try to shut down Geelong who do you shut down? Ablett, Chapman, Bartel - you take your pick," Hardwick said. "It's too hard, they're such a quality side. We just want our blokes to play on them and see how they go.

"It's another learning process for our players. We don't run away from a challenge, we approach it head on.

"It is bloody daunting at the same time, don't get me wrong, but it's an exciting period for our club where we can put those players against the best in the competition.

"There's some real exciting times ahead for us, we've just got to be patient."

Bring lots of vaseline, but can anybody explain this to me....
WHY in rivalry round we play Geelong?  I couldn't a fat rats arse about Geelong....we got nothing going with Geelong except in the past 25 years they have fairdinkum kebab raped us, nonetheless, we were just too crap to put up a resistance.  Collingwood, we hate, and have a real rivalry with that goes back forever, Carlton we hate and have a rivalry with, Essendon including our punch up but Geelong...crickets... lol
Lots of people name their swords......

As long as:

1/ I am physical able to get to games

2/ And can afford it; that is afford to fly around the country to get interstate

So I suppose you could say forever or until further notice  :thumbsup
