Russell and BT on just before telling a young girl who rang up to switch clubs (to Hawthorn) and when she said she's followed her dad in barracking for Richmond and got the Tigers in her blood they said to her you've got Freo and Geelong next so ring back in two weeks time and tell us if you've changed your mind  .

BT said his son follows Richmond but is about to switch.

I still believe that the media(& they'll never admit to it publicly) are seeing our great club starting to emerge again in a positive direction after so many years in the wilderness. The Tigers are on the march and we know it, opposition clubs know it and now , the media have caught on. Even Patrick Smith is writing "positive " articles about us.  I guess it's their last chance to try and keep us down before the inevitable happens and we become a force to be reckoned with again. It is annoying that's for sure, but every time I hear the media bagging our club(every day), I know that our day will come & these guys will eat humble pie.We are the Richmond Football Club...enough said by me.
