Rainesy playing finals  :lol
He still wouldn't be getting a game at Richmond.

Well done to Schulz but he needs to back it up, to date he's never done it.

Rainesy dropped tonight from an out of form Brisbane side that's only won something like one of its past 8 games

Funny thread.

Thank goodness Voss was dumb enough to give us a draft pick for Rainesy.

Heat is on up in Brisbane!

Well I misread Voss.

I thought he was on the money topping up while Brown, Black, Power were still at or near their peak and before GC17 stole the show, but it appears to have backfired.

Looking at their list now, it reminds me of ours late 90s/early 00s.

Couple of gun tall forwards (Richo & Otenns vs Brown & Fev), few decent midfielders/HBFs but ultimately lacking numbers and some of them lacking pace (Knights/Campbell/Bowden/Broderick/Cameron etc, Black/Power/Rich/Sherman etc) big CHB who'll get beaten by a more mobile opponent (Ben Holland vs. Merrett). A fair bit of recycled 'talent' on our side back then too.

Not watched them enough this year to look at their kids, but their going to be ordinary for the next 5 years you'd reckon.

hmm i was one highly critical about their trading  but in fairness to voss they have had an absolute shedload of injuries to players. you cant plan for that.
they still have a very small window with the way he has gone get all players up and fit next yr and they stay healthy they may have an opportunity.  but like it is for nearly all sides out side the top 3 or 4 injuries to 3 or 4 of the wrong players yet alone 10 or more  and you come toppling down.

He kicked 7 goals two weeks ago.

In that case why didn't they wheel out Donald Dickie also?

The excuse according to Ch 7 was Schulz had some back complaint. If that was the case though why did they bring in a small like Carr in for a tall  ???.

That'd be from the knife in it to get Carr in the side.

one possibility raised by i think Ch 9 was that Carr could be retiring after this game.
