Barry Young went to Essendon after he left us.

Had a few serviceable years and probably would have played in a Premiership in 99 had it not been for the Cheats pulling a rabbit out of a hat in the Prelim that year.
Moved on to Hawthorn in 2000 and I think that was about it.

Tim Powell was another former Tiger who actually did play in a Grand Final in 1993 for the Cheats, but it says alot when blokes like Powell were in your best 20 as it was in those days and they got flogged by 44 points.

Justin Plapp forged a good career in Tassie, before ending up at Box Hill

We've just about gone through the lot of players who forged successful careers after leaving Richmond.

Other than Broderick Gale and to a lesser extent Bond and Harrison (geez that last one hurt) are there any players who in that same 1985-2010 era crossed over to Tigerland and played at least 4 seasons of regular football. :shh

Would hardly call his career at Melbourne successful.
Only seemed to play good games against us. 2004 on a Friday night at the G in Round 2 and in 2007 when we won our first game of the season was the only trier in a poor Melbourne side that night. stuffn mercenary.

Greg Stafford was good for us IMO. Can't remember what we gave up though.

Tucker, re. Holland i was responding to your four years at the Tigers criteria!

Hey how about Biddiscombe.  He opens the bowling for Barwon Heads and does that rubbish Leading Teams nonsense.

My apologies CR I was referring to players who played at the Tigers for four years after transferring from another club even though Holland was with us for 8 or 9 seasons. :thumbsup

I think that was the Leon Cameron deal and he came from the Justin Murphy deal
