Serial problem is this when the pressure is on we fail.

White,Moore shot at goal at the end of 3rd would be a goal if we were 40 points down at that stage of the game or 40 points down in the last. Always been a problem with us when the stakes are raised some come to the party and some fold.

Tambling for me is the one I want to put in the gun.

White Polo are fringe players in and out of the side but Tambling has had alot of time and effort invested into him and if he can only come up with half hearted efforts that is a crying outrage to everyone who has some sort of attatchment to the RFC.

No it's not infamy, it's quite good but it should say; Richmond DO NOT Deserve.. stupid, backstabbing, unfaithful supporters that have no time for the RFC other than bagging the club, players, game plan and every other thing that even sounds like the Richmond Tigers.

The players you are referring to were crap under Wallace but were being carried by the Richo and to a lesser extent Bowden and to a lessor extent Brown and Johnson.

It is now just that we dont have strong senior players they are exposed for the sub standard AFL players they are.

You can't suggest we were any good last year without Johnson and Richo.

In 2008 when Richo came 2nd in the Brownlow we came home with a wet sail.
In 2006 (?) Before Brown did his leg we were flying.

The problem at Richmond has always been the list and that the depth has been deplorably weak. Injuries always killed us every year with no depth at all coming through. The "D" Development word springs its ugly head.

Its no coincidence that when our senior players were firing we were competitive. Since the end of 2008 we've had no seniority on the ground. You can't expect 22 and 23 year olds to lead a bunch of teenagers against seasoned 200+ game players with finals experience.

Richo only retired last year as did Bowden, Johnson, Brown, all who were all Australian players. How much seniority do you think teams need on the ground. Richmond are the only club who have problems.

Collingwood & Fremantle are where they are now because of thier youngsters.
Its Freo youngsters making Pavlich look a star & lifted his confidence.


Players like Pendlebury & Dale Thomas who make Deledio & Tambling look like 2nd rate players cause they are miles ahead & are team players.
