Will we elevate a rookie player?
« on: May 26, 2010, 03:23:19 AM »
I don't think we can elevate a rookie due to a retirement (?) but seeing Simmo will most likely play his farewell game in round 11 and we can elevate another rookie post that round in any case, do you think we will promote someone off our rookie list and if so who?

Isn't after the break we can automatically elevate another rookie?

If so I think it will be Gourdis

This club needs an ethnic just like Pods at the Catery.

Gourdis is the man no question about it

after the mid season break

any or all the rookies can be added without the need for a LTI

Contin and Gourdis look likely

all of the rookies can be elevated?

if Simmo goes on the LTI list rather than retire mid season  then we can promote a player off the rookie list (I think thats correct)  should of done the same last season when Kane Johnson retired !

Pretty sure after Round 11 you can only have 1 "nominated rookie" who can then play AFL

Why?  Who would we have promoted that would've/could've/should've played seniors?

Why does everyone want Contin and where has the hype come from???   :-\

He's a raw in and under player playing Coburg reserves.

Give him time.
