from the RFC site....Richmond has minimal injury concerns as it prepares to take on the Lions.
Defender Kelvin Moore is in doubt after rolling his ankle during last weekend’s big win over West Coast, while the long-awaited return of midfielder Nathan Foley, who has battled a chronic ankle problem, might be delayed again.
“The temptation with ‘Axel’ is that we’re coming into a break so the extra two weeks again would be handy for him,” Leppitsch said.
Luke McGuane is likely to match-up on Brisbane spearhead Brendan Fevola, who plays his 200th game on Saturday night.
Leppitsch, meanwhile, is preparing to coach against his former club - where he played 227 games, won three premierships and was an assistant coach for three seasons - for the first time.
“Being in the opposition coach’s box and rooms, I guess that’ll be a bit different for me,” he said.
“I had a great time up there (at Brisbane), a good 17 years, but I’m really enjoying my time here at the Tigers.”
Leppitsch admitted he has been passing on some inside knowledge to Damien Hardwick.
“I’ve sat with Vossy in a coach’s box so I pretty much know what he’s trying to do, but I guess their personnel, like ours, has changed considerably.
“Some of the players I don’t know, but a large majority I’ve been able to help Damien out with.”
