Decide that he has made enough changes to the list from last season and start clogging it up.

What could Hardwick do right now that would be the best course of action?

Have ready made plans for 2011 and beyond by investing on another wave of kids and getting rid of the poor performing list cloggers.

Best - Keep developing our gameplan & keep trying to find the best players to suit that game plan.
