The MRP won't go easy on Jacko given he's already been suspended for 3 weeks this year. If Jacko is lucky he'll get 2 weeks with an early plea.

So 5 activation points = Level 2 Rough conduct = 225 points

+ 30% loading for previous 3 weeks suspension: 225 + 67.5 = 292.5 points.

+ 30 carry over points from last time: 292.5 + 30 = 322.5 points

With early plea of 25%: 322.5 - 32.3 = 290.2 points

So a 2 week suspension + 90.2 carry over points if he takes the early plea. 3 weeks if he challenges at the tribunal and loses again.

If the impact is considered to be medium rather than low then add on another 100 points and so another week off.
