Etihad Stadium Grass

Interesting to see the new grass at Etihad last week.
Mail is they actually bought the grass from the MCG .
Yep same grass as the G

whats of interest that both parties dont get on.
Etihad had no option apparently.
MCG have grass grown away from the ground at a "grass companys farm ""
They then on sold it to Collins at Etihad

They then on sold it to Collins at Etihad
Docklands own fault for building the stadium north-south instead of east-west and then not designing the roof so that the north facing side was transparent to allow light in. Add to that the surface is built on top of the concrete roof of the car park and so the surface is now watered to make it softer under foot yet that means it chops up.
