Election prediction
« on: December 14, 2004, 01:37:20 AM »
What do you reckon the make-up of the board will be after the election?

I think it will be between a 9-0 sweep to Casey ticket and a majority Casey ticket 7-2 without the man himself, Garry Cameron, Schwab or Welsh.

At the moment I reckon it will be a 9-0 Casey ticket victory.

If not that then 8-1 with Casey gone and the one coming from either the independant Ridge or Macek.

Unfortunately for Mt Dungey the man with the tattoo - I don't think he will get too many votes

I heard a snippet on 3AW news this morning that on some web site there are early poll figures.
And it said Casey had a slight lead.
I've tried to find on RFC site, but i can't find it.

The actual running total of the poll figures are being done by the returning officer but cannot be released.

The snippet on 3aw is probably just the PRE poll which was also mentioned in the Herald-Sun today.

Thanks Fish.
If it's a PRE poll, i'd suggest inaccuracy - and probably a Casey landslide.
Inaccuracy meaning, they'd say they'd vote one way and probably vote the opposite way for fear of upsetting sensitivities lol
