Can someone please tell me if any of Rance, Hicks or Taylor are playing.
Just wondering if there might be a change for tomorrow. Hopefully Hicks or Taylor dont don the boots today ready to rip into The Crows.
There's no coverage of the game today so I don't know HMH. We may keep someone spare for tomorrow in any case as a spare 23rd man just in case there's a late injury or something.

Hicks not playing may be in tomorrow

Just read on another forum that apparently Taylor and Rance are playing. Hicks could be a late change for a tall, considering predicted conditions.

Sorry Spockster, i didn't see your post.  :)

Hopefully we had some good individual efforts from our cubs as struggling to beat a bottom side like Frankston isn't much to crow about team wise. But as they say a win is a win.

We should have a serious look at Carnell with a late pick in the draft / rookie pick.  Always seems to be in the best.  He's only 23.

We looked at Carnell last year or the year before didn't we? Had him down at preseason training with us prior to the PSD and rookie draft? I hope we don't go down that path and that goes for any Burger player as I don't see any of them as potential AFL standard footballers.

Cheers for that Spock  :). Good on Rance for not dropping his head after being dropped.

How did some of our other guys go such as Taylor and Post?

Posty.. looks a bit lost and frustrated hence maybe the 2 reports, dont think his body is right maybe still growing, would leave him at
CHB  regardless weather we need another key back, looks most comfortable there, let him grow some confidence
Taylor...no doubt he has plenty of ability, shows up in flashes, he needs to develop a work ethic ( not unlike Relton, waits for                oppitunities doesnt create them) pointless playing him half forward, put him on the ball or make him tag an AFL opponent and learn to work

Agree with you on Rance, have doubts on his ability but he seems a quality young player, someone who doesnt drop  his head and continues to try his best, I'd rather have him on the list than someone like Polo or a King IMHO.

TAYLOR should be on a WING! - Hardwick should run him hard over the Pre Season and try get a tank on him. Would like to see how he goes as a Wingman.

Carnell did a pre-season in Tezza's 2nd year IIRC

Got in the boxing ring with Petts and almost knocked him out... after Petts was not a Carnell fan  :rollin

Certainly has the attitude to play AFL, skills arent bad, sure he would grasp the oppitunity, good rookie, could step right in and that seems to be the new style rookie
