last quarter just disgraceful - our r1 date with carlton in serious doubt I reckon, we could be up against the Suns in R1.
I was thinking the same thing. The AFL won't like us starting against Carlton if everytime we play them we get flogged by 10-15 goals  :help. The only redeeming fact is they have finals to play for whereas we had nothing and we played accordingly. Zero intensity and pressure today whereas for round 1 next year with something to play for you'd hope we'd at least put up a fight.

Opposition sides have worked out to target our few good users of the footy. Shut down Lids and Newy across half-back and we are easy to shut down. We need a whole heap of class across the park before we will improve. Triers only get you so far.

concerning that HArdwick has said its a shallow draft - we have to cut about 10 blokes and bring in new players from the draft, hopefully we can find some players.

nothing like a good reality check. That was incredibly frustrating, non competitive players just had enough as the season draws to a close

I'm glad more and more ppl are starting to see this fraud for what he currently is! Connors is a very selfish footballer and for a supposedly skilledand talented player, his skills are very very ordinary.

ill tell you whats scary Ramps is pre game on triple M, the Gypsy president Brayshaw asked March about our cull at the end of season and he was very quick to talk down any more than the normal 3 or 4 delistings.

He said after last years 14 or so i would think its very unlikely we would get rid of any more than 4.

That is unnaceptable IMO and such a move would cement many more years near the bottom for us.

So both march and dimma suggested minimal changes? looks like they are trying to soften us up..

Straight out of March's mouth i nearly three my I phone when i heard it.

I just hope he doesnt have a clue about list management and it was purely opinion based, but it sounded like they are fair dinkum.

today was day that we seen who can play, we cant, and who wont make.
Would be trading Connors, had a gutfull of him.
Hicks is just way too small.
Opposition just push him away, and his defensive pressure , well ? running around in circles aint defensive pressure.
pathetic effort today.
thank god we had no 32 and 21 out there

The same players always peter out at some point in the season. To many hard triers, to many who lack class, to many not up to it.

The best thing to happen to our football club is that pig demetriou gives that game to somebody else.

we dont deserve it and honestly i dont want it anymore.

Reading this thread and others, it amazes me how many posters come out on this forum when we lose games to bag the club
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

if you read my posts i do applaud when we win games but this was no ordinary loss as Dimma pointed out.

I accept we are young and raw but to dish up that today was unnaceptable and if March is right in that he said we will only be delisting a max of 4 players then we are stuffed.

too many toothpicks and Jockey impersonators on our list.

Once more clean out Dimma please :pray
