Id be surprised if it happens but I'm not too worried if we do move him on for the right pick, lets stick to youth.

He's a decent player, but injured and given he is middle aged he may want to move to a team more in finals mode.   Why he would go to Essendon then I don't know, I would have thought Hawthorn or St Kilda or someone like that.  Even with St James at the helm the dons aint gonna be finals material next year.

From 'The Cotch' on BF....

Can confirm Foley is going no where. Vice captain, required player. Spoke to my source just now and he laughed at the thought of it. Also asked how his injury is progressing, and Nathan is right on track to begin training with the boys first day back. Had minor surgery a couple of months ago when his season was written off to clean up everything that was troubling him and it was a success. Very relieved. Go tigers!

Foley - Love Richmond, would not even down-grade his number because he is loyal and thinks because Richmond gave him an opportunity he is a Richmond man.

Cotchin - Ummmmm, Essendon you would have to offer every draft pick you have + your best player if you have one! Not going to happen. Cotchin signed at the beginning of this year, Captain in 2012, will earn probably over $750,000 come his next contract, wants to be a one club player ... you are a joke whoever came up with this.

Fudge Essendon! You are a bunch of Fudgers and I hope you fold in years to come and finish 9th every single year untill then!

God Bless Richmond!

If it was pick 8 for Cotchin, it would be laughed at.
And you may not think I care for you

Gees the bombers midfield will be looking a bit better with Sam mitchell and Trent Cotchin starting in the square next year. Maybe freo will trade them Big Sandilands for a 4th rounder as well. Some of these rumours shouldn't even see the light of day of day on the internet.

Also can't believe we would be shopping Foley as he is worth far more then pick 8 assuming his body can get back to health touch wood

Is Sandilands on the trade table? If so we should be in on that.

I'm sure the bombers assume that they all want to play under Hirdy and that Danny will keep them "well looked after".
 :lol
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”
