First Chilean miner rescued

They just showed it live on tv. It doesn't matter where you are in the world and whatever language, the rescued miner always gives the fist pump once he's out  . It's going to take the next 10 hours or more to rescue all 33 of the miners as they can only rescue them one at a time in that capsule.

Just a great story. 33 miners trapped for 17? days underground thought all dead before, and only after their families wouldn't give up on them, they are found and then all rescued one-by-one some 69 days later.

I'm guessing too the Chilean president will call a snap election very soon. He'll be one popular pollie at the moment.
