Potter is a Coburg employee isn't he? He's not a member of the RFC coaching staff.

Good to hear Griffiths will be back into full training in the new year. The shoulder you would think shouldn't limit him from doing running in the lead-up to Christmas so hopefully aerobic fitness-wise he's not too far behind the others. The main thing the shoulder op will interfere with is gym work on the weights.
