Philip Anderson

I am the CEO and Founding Director of Anderson Corporation, established in 1988 arid an Australian owned Fibre Optics company. Going forward, leading edge technology will set us apart from our competition. Our ability to embrace technology and use it for recruiting and training programs will provide us signficant advantages. I have been a coterie member for the past 6 years. You will get fresh ideas, fresh enthusiasm and more importantly strong leadership and a Richmond first mentality. For detailed and regularly updated information, please see my Blog.

Peggy Haines

I joined the board in November 2005 and am presently chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee, member of the Finance Committee and a director of the Tiger in Communty Foundation.

I was partner at law firm Freehills for 15 years specialising in financial services and recently established my own legal consulting business.

I seek another term as director so that I can do my part to maintain the current momentum for achieving sustained Club success both on field and off-field. I am excited about the Club's future and look torwand to continuing to help implement its new strategic direction.

Gary March

Dear members,

The Clubs board implemented an aggressive plan four years ago to ensure we returned to being an AFL powerhouse.

That plan involved the following:

1. Attracting the best people to run the Club.

2.  Upgrading our facilities and football departtnent to an elite level.

3. Providing a stable financial business model.

4. Eradiating our debt.

5. Achieving sustained on on-field success.

I believe we have delivered on points 1-3 and, in 2011-12, we intend delivering on items 4-5.

I urge you all to allow me the opportunity, along with Brendon Gate and the board, to achieve this vital outcome.

John Matthies

Board Member since 2004 with emphasis on deficiencies in recruiting and Club culture.

Member of finance sub-committee and Historicaland Museum Committee.

Co-Founder with Michael Green of Tigers@Law.

Principal of Collins Street Legal Practice, John Matthies & Co.

Chairman of Victorian Mortgage Investments limited and involved in the development and operation of Aged Care facilities.

In past four years the Club has generated consecutive profits and quadrupled resources in recruiting and player development.

With the $20 million Punt Road redevelopment our facilities will equal any in the competition.

Success focused and retaining a fanaticism to restore the RFC to its rightful position as AFL powerhouse

Neil McKay

Employment
General Manager -GE Capital

Richmond Football Club
Member since 1994
Finance Committee 1998-2000
Jack Dyer Foundation (committee member and donor) 1997-2002
Executive Group 2008-present
Director Coburg Football Club 2009-present

I offer my extensive experience in Sales and Marketing to set the strategic direction for sustainable corporate sponsorship and increased membership. This will build additional income streams negating the need to sell further games to interstate locations.

I will leverage best practice from GE to uphold financial and operating disciplines. My experience with RFC and Coburg FC will ensure that informed decisions are made in relation to our VFL alignment.

That was about where he lost me.  I have never had the misfortune to deal with a bigger group of unethical corporate rogues in all my life.  Financial piranhas; immoral vultures of the highest order.  Sorry Neil, you need a credibility makeover if that's your best.

Yep GE are a bunch of evil evil bastards. Even so they certainly know how to make money. Depends on what your priorities in life are I suppose.

Sorry Neil - I have a problem with that I'm not sure can stay on both boards. The RFC have their 2 directors in the CFC board (Cameron & Lord). I don't think you can wear both hats when you are supposed to be an "independant CFC director".

OER could become like a faction - we could decide to vote together and in unison and become like powerbrokers  :lol

Since we have at least 1 person in here seeking our votes I think we should all put forward our demands for the massive amount of VOTES that OER will provide ;D

Its very hard to vote for people with the amount of information available. Maybe the IT guys at the club could do some interviews with them all and stick the videos up on the club site for us to get a better idea of who they are and what they want to achieve, give them a chance to put forward some real information and not just the motherhood statement stuff we are getting.
