There's a new poll on the RFC site -

Who will play the most games from our 2010 draftees?

Reece Conca
Jake Batchelor
Brad Helbig
Dean MacDonald
Tom Derickx

What are the thoughts of OERites?

I reckon Helbig might slot in on a forward flank and play a lot of games.
And you may not think I care for you

The Big X will play the most games. He is a ready made ruck, which is something we have been a bit thin on lately, who is very mobile and can play forward. Is bigger than all our other ruck options is size (if not height - he's apparently still growing!!) with the exception of Gus and will make an excellent 2nd ruck/roaming forward).

Currently Conca's injured, McDonald unfit, Helbig too small and Batchelor needs to fight for a position in a highly competitive area of the ground for us...so Derickx for mine  :thumbsup

X-Man for sure. I'd expect our Coaching Staff's patience might be tested early on by our incumbent rucks and will give him a chance to showcase his talent.

Is the question who will play the most in 2011, or in their career?
I thought it was just for next year so chose Derickx

The X man, followed by either Conca or Helbig, probably Conca.

MacDonald will play a fair bit if fit I reckon. I think Conca will play around 12-16 games

I have the X man too, there is a spot there for the taking, lets hope he can step up to the plate.

I reckon:

All of them will play senior footy in 2011

Conca will play 16-18 games

Helbig will play around a dozen

But big DerickX will slot in for a lazy 20 games

I am not sure about the other 2 but around 6-10 each probably

Tom Derekx, if he can ruck well but as important as that, go forward AND kick goals, he'll go close to playing all games.
