The News of the World reports Hurley, who wed Indian tycoon Arun Nayar in 2007, spent two nights with the Aussie badboy in his London hotel suite this week.
And the paper claims the secret lovers were captured on video in a series of sizzling public clinches.
A witness told the paper: "They were so passionate they looked like honeymooners. It was electric."
Eyes closed and arms wrapped around each other, the unlikely couple were captured on camera in a sensational public clinch which will devastate her devoted husband, The News of the World reports.

The pair were reportedly spotted exchanging lingering kisses after popping out of Warne's luxury £1,750-a-night suite - less than one mile from Hurley's London home.
On their second night together they were locked away in the same suite for more than 11 hours, the paper said.
As they enjoyed tender trysts over 48 hours there was no sign of Hurley's Indian tycoon husband Arun Nayar, or her eight-year-old son Damian according to The News of the World.
But the actress and her hot new date were happy to flirt outrageously on Wednesday in front of her ex-fiancé, movie star Hugh Grant, during a cosy meal, it said.
And the next night they reportedly kept up the lovebirds act in front of another male friend.
Just three years ago 45-year-old Hurley married handsome multi-millionaire textile heir Arun in a series of lavish high-profile ceremonies.
She was so keen for the world to share in her joy at the star-studded wedding, and witness the love, that she sold the photos to Hello! magazine for a reported £2 million.
Hurley has been flirting with Australian sporting giant Warne, 41, for months via Twitter.
And on Wednesday he flew into the UK to shoot interviews for his new TV show Warnie, which is about to launch down under.
He was driven from London's Heathrow to the Royal Garden Hotel in Knightsbridge - a popular choice for touring cricket teams.
But within minutes the serial romeo, now divorced, was driven to the nearby but less high profile Bentley Hotel in South Kensington - a discreet place popular with celebrities and visiting dignitaries.
Warne checked in and disappeared into a suite, it was reported.
Hurley had spent the morning on a photo-shoot and later emerged from her £5 million home in Chelsea in a white coat, clutching designer bags, and drove to the Bentley, just five minutes away, in her new £70,000 black Range Rover.
She parked in a residents' bay on a side street by the hotel and her face lit up when she spotted Warne - arguably the world's greatest ever spin bowler - waiting for her outside the front entrance.
The couple reportedly hugged and kissed passionately on the lips, locked in an embrace for a full 10 seconds. One witness said: "It was way, way beyond the sort of welcome you might give a friend."
The pair disappeared into the hotel and did not emerge until after 9pm, The News of the World said.
Hurley was wearing a stunning new outfit as she and Warne calmly climbed into a Mercedes car which pulled up outside the hotel, it said.

``Hurley and Warne roared with laughter and chatted like old friends during the lively meal in a first-floor room. And at 1am they were spotted going down the escalator to the lobby area.
``While they waited for their coats to be brought to them Hurley reportedly pulled Warne towards her into a darkened doorway, cupped his face with her hands and leaned in to lock lips. After releasing from their clinch they gazed into each other's eyes and smiled adoringly.
A witness said: "They looked like honeymooners and passionate lovers. It was electric."''
After being joined by Hugh Grant and their other pal, they returned by chauffeur-driven Merc to the Bentley. There Liz and Warne - who last month boasted to Woman's Day that he was "a reformed family man" - jumped out and waved farewell.
Warne played the gent by opening the hotel door for Liz, then the pair jumped into a lift together and disappeared for the night.
There was no sign of either celeb until 9am on Thursday morning when Warne met two men in the hotel foyer, News of the World reported.
The Herald Sun is seeking comment from Warne and Hurley.
