Thanks for that Tucky. Yep it's been cancelled. For some reason the below email didn't hit my inbox until midnight  .

Dear OE,

Unfortunately due to lack of registrations, Friday's LIVE telecast at the Maurice Rioli Room has had to be cancelled.

The game is being shown live on Channel 7 from 8:30pm.

The next LIVE telecast is Round 7 v Port Adelaide, Saturday May 11. Registrations for this function will open Monday April 29.

Dear OE,

This week the club flies to Perth to take on the West Coast Eagles Monday night, June 3.

Due to the lack of registered interest in viewing the telecast from the Maurice Rioli Club the past two interstate games this season, along with the game being on a Monday night, the telecast won’t go ahead at the Club for this game.

The next Maurice Rioli Club function will be Richmond v Adelaide Crows, Saturday, June 15.

THIS WEEK, MCG GATES OPEN:  11.30am

MAURICE RIOLI CLUB PRE-MATCH:
Access into the Maurice Rioli Room at the Richmond Football Club is permitted from 11.30am until the start of the match for Maurice Rioli Club members and their guests. Cash bar and footy snacks will be available.
 
Guests are permitted, 2 guests per member, pre-game only. Cash bar and footy snacks will be available. You are not required to register pre-match attendance.

MAURICE RIOLI CLUB POST-MATCH:
 Post-game, the Maurice Rioli Room will be accessible to those with a Maurice Rioli Club membership only.

Two match-day players will join us on stage after the game this Saturday.
 As both players will have post-match recovery commitments, please allow for at least 45-minutes after the final siren for the players to make it to the stage. 

 For names of our guests appearances, please visit the Post-Match MRC registration page on Friday morning.

 For entry into the Maurice Rioli Room post-match, members must register their attendance, by 9AM Friday, June 14 and 2013 membership cards must be presented upon entry to be scanned.

Information regarding Round 13 v Western Bulldogs:

As Round 13 is an away game, there are no Maurice Rioli Club facilities available to us at Etihad Stadium. Please be aware that the Maurice Rioli Room is not open for Richmond away games played at Etihad Stadium.

Not sure this weekend Darth as it's been raining for most of this week and it's likely going to be wet on Saturday as well. Normally when it's dry I've seen kids have kick-to-kick on the oval pre-game.

That room is terrible! It stinks and everyone gets so hot and sweaty. They don't even have openable windows ffs. If the MRC membership didn't include the GF guarantee, I wouldn't bother.

I don't think I'll ever go there again. Richmond pubs are so much better pre game.

I have GF with my MCC, would just like to be able to watch it with friends and when junior get his full MCC or we win a flag I think I'll toss it in and just watch our many subsequent ones from the mcc
