nope, still get the error message about log in details and or password being wrong.
when purchasing, the checkbox, or whatever, doesn't appear besides "do you have a gift voucher, either.

I logged into "my richmond account' and changed my password to do this.
just out of curiosity i went back and tried to log in to the online store with new password...and it worked
changed my password back, and yeah, it now works
still cant use a gift voucher to make a purchase though. the input box appears for promo code, but not for do you have a gift voucher.
i rang up and made the purchase over the phone.
on a brighter note, pretty happy about being able to purchase skins using the gift cards. They are a good practical addition to the store
