Hey Stig,

You might like to have a word to the Marketing Dept about the value of playing the, "Are you giving 110%?" ads during insipid on-field performances. 

Maybe it's possible to negotiate some kind of special clause in the contract that allows the club to pull the ads at short notice throughout a game?

Yep totally agree, as soon as we saw it on the big screen we told the guys that control the scoreboard to take it down. Not their fault as they're just working through slides we gave them.

In reference to the revamped app why is it not available to all equipment and not a limited few the old app worked ok for me but the new app is not compatible. so much for being a fighting tiger patron and giving 110%. reminds me of the old days when unless you were a bigpond customer you could not get access to the content

I know this isn't the answer you're after, but we have no say in what devices the app is built for, and I'm sorry it's no longer available to you.

The AFL and Telstra handle the app for all clubs, and they changed providers to the firm that does the AFL app (at the request of a few different parties as the old mob weren't much chop). The result for us = a much better app, better user experience as a result we've seen more downloads.

What device/os are you on? I can follow up with them to see if there's a future update coming.

Thanks for your prompt reply-it appears that the upgrade is only available for mobile phones unlike the old one that worked on internet as well as i-phone and as i only use my tablet as an internet device and do not have a sim card inserted that excludes me. it works ok in my i-phone however if the occasion arises and i am out of the country as i was for the finals last year. that will limit my information access.
