RFCO is very active in other forums so I would suggest there has been a definite decision made to drop OER from the list and given the fact that no return contact is ever received by you then it would appear that they're not to keen on telling you the reason(s).

Yes, they are an arrogant bunch of stuffers who for some reason hold the value of some members dollars more highly than others.
We should do a private poll of the total value of memberships who regularly post on this forum and WP should send that direct to Benny as feedback that this is how the club communicates with its loyal and financial members.
And to think one of the "pillars" is to better understand members

They asked who I'd sent email to and they'd investigate

Haven't heard anything since.

If nothing by AGM I'll be bailing up the person RFC official reports to for answers
