Yep early doors, Grigg is definately of the size that enables a player like him to step straight in and can not criticise at all.
Andy could take longer! I'll wait a couple of years but no complaints.

The way his first two games have gone for Carlton and if Ratten is gets the flick at the end of the year Collins may not be on the list for much longer beyond that.

He was a far better player with us, this form isn't what we saw the last couple of seasons.
We wouldn't be going to use that 7th rounder anyway so it's effectively for free

I can't confirm it but I believe he got a 3 year contract and that was the main reason he accepted the trade because Richmond only offered him 2.

He had a 1 year remaining (2011) on his 2 year contract with the Tigers.

As part of the trade , Blues gave him another year on top of his current contract = 2 more years with the blues 2011 & 2012

Gee if that extra year was the sealer then he can't have had much confidence that his spot on our list was safe in the long term.  :-\

Pretty sure he was told he would only have limited opportunities (or similar) if he stayed.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."
