MARK Blake's Geelong career seems destined to end on 99 games.
Blake, 25, is believed to have made it known he will seek a new club after failing to play a senior match this season.
The ruckman had surgery in May after damaging ligaments in a finger and has not played since.
Blake was expected to return in the VFL last weekend but withdrew.
A 2009 premiership player, Blake is still regarded as the best tap ruckman at the club but has slipped behind Brad Ottens, Nathan Vardy, Trent West and Dawson Simpson in the pecking order of big men.
His best hope of continuing in the AFL appears to be at Greater Western Sydney or Richmond.http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/mark-blake-seems-destined-to-miss-100-games-at-geelong/story-e6frf9jf-1226111256854
