Be worth a look then
Maybe Dimma can fix McGuane in the meantime

And Post, Asbury and Gourdis. Then we wouldn't need Trengove!

What is it with people hating on young KP players.

Young KP's can get carried in sides like Geelong (Hawkins), not ours. Post would be the same player as Hawkins IMO.
Just stick fat.. Postie and Astbury will be OK.

I know that and it is fair comment, it was more a comment about the trade idea.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

We'll get to see how Trengove goes against either Vickery or Miller on Saturday night.

Patrick Dangerfield to Vic?
« Reply #49 on: June 07, 2011, 10:50:37 PM »
Heard a rumour from a genuine source that Patrick Dangerfield is desperate to come back to Melbourne.

Keen on Geelong or Carlton. Essendon have offered him enourmous $.

Apparently Carlton are contemplating a straight swap for Gibbs.

Wonder if we can enter the race. Would be a great addition the boy can play.

Edwards and first pick?

I can't see Carlton giving up Gibbs. It's a no net gain swap if they did. Essendon can throw all the big bucks around they want - no other club wants to trade with them after all the shananigans they've got up to during past trade weeks.

Edwards and our first pick (which might end up being a mid-late teen pick) wouldn't cut it. The Crows would see that as a late first round pick plus a fringe player only. They've already been burnt trading a end of first round pick for a fringe player like Tambling :yep

Adelaide would want at least a player we would not be willing to trade. And probably our 1st pick which I couldn't see the club trading away  no matter what number it was. Anyways IMO we don't need him. But wouldn't say no if we could screw them over at the trade table again though like we did with Tambling.

Hardly an excuse, in a year or two every player in the league will be poor compared to him
I'd love Dangerfield to come to Richmond, but I wouldn't want to give up what it will cost us

Wasn't that Knights? If he says he wants to come to Tigerland, then we are in the box seat, otherwise will cost us too much.

Keen on Geelong or Carlton. Essendon have offered him enourmous $.

I have also seen from a reliable poster on BF that Essendon are all over Josh Toy as well.

They're desperate to land a big fish!!

Carlton would want more than Dangerfield for Gibbs. Gibbs has shown a lot more than Dangerfield.
