Promising Adelaide forward Jack Gunston appears to have already made a decision on his playing future.
The 20-year-old is reported to have asked Adelaide for a trade to a Victorian-based club to be nearer to family and friends.
He didn't attend the Crows' club champion award on Friday night, preferring to remain in Melbourne.
The lanky forward increased his trade value significantly in the latter-part of the season, kicking 12.9 in his last five matches.
He's only played 14 games for Adelaide since being selected with pick No.29 in the 2009 NAB AFL Draft.
Harper and Crows chief executive Steven Trigg are hoping to meet with Gunston and his family to discuss his future over the weekend.
Ruckman Maric also appears destined to leave the club for the lure of greater opportunities at Richmond.
