I hope Batch is over the foot problem. I would of thought giving him a few extra weeks off would be the better way to go. Hes a long term player from what I can see.

Browne must have done something wrong.
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

Nason better be the sub, in fact i'd make a late change and bring in any one of the emergencies in his place

He was stuffing woeful and the other 3 on the bench were all in our bests

I'm confident they wouldn't risk him unless he was right. The coaches have a long term view.

Yep. 8 possessions with an efficiency of 63%.

Graham staying doesn't surprise but I am  :gobdrop :gobdrop that Vickery has survived

Would have thought Post deserves his opportunity (and from me that's saying something  ;D)

Yeah me too WP. The only possible reasoning I can see is that they see this as a good opportunity for Vickery to get some valuable rucktime development against a similarly inexperienced opponent in McCauley.

I heard batchelor was out due to general soreness not really a foot per se, so doubt there is any risk there. I'm glad they are giving Nason another run, he looked short of a gallop last start but I really rate his gut running and think long term I'd rather pump games into him asap to see if he has a future.

Glad to see Batchelor back in. Agree with comments that Post should be given a try. Vickery must perform this week otherwise must be given the chop. Nason needs a bit of run before decision made whether to drop him. Seems the club will not drop Edwards

Couldn't drop him after the last game but prior to that................

Bit like Graham apparently except Graham hasn't had a last decent game to hang his hat on yet.  ???

Just on Vickery, i think he has showed a fair bit of improvement through the preseason and early few games of the season. Took some good strong grabs against the Blues and especially the Saints, struggled in the wet against the Hawks, was OK against Collingwood i thought and was disappointing last week. But just remember, he isn't going to rack up heaps of kicks, so don't just judge him on his stats, it's about getting games into the big fella. And playing him at Coburg is just a waste. I have seen enough in him, for him to deserve that, and I'm guessing the coaching staff has as well.
Give the kid some time and i am confident he will not let us all down.
