no not mine, Ive been to the wantirna club to watch a few games over the years.... including both gold coast losses  :banghead
I can only imagine what a supporter group will do if it happens again  :shh

A supporter group which uses the wantirna club as a base couldnt do the joint any harm...i have been there a few times and have seen more activity at the springvale cemetry

Maybe WP will be able to give the oil on the place after he's forensically examined the clubs financial reports.But purely from my own experiences there the place should be declared a dead zone

Revenues from the Wantrina Club is up this season by over $350k; which is a good result

Also interesting in the accounts it says the Club purchased gaming machine operating licences during the year which has probably impacted on the Wantrina Club result. It also says that due the "new regime for the operation of gaming machines" the Club has been able to write back the Onerous Contracts provision it held against the rent contract that they put inplace back in 2008. In simple terms it means the venue is making money  ;D

WP does it say where these licenses were purchased? were they added machines to the wantirna premises?

No it doesn't but I do recall at last year's AGM they said that they would be getting extra machines at Wantrina but I don't think it was a great number. IIRC it was another 8-10

On the following Tuesdays in 2013, Richmond will be sending players to the Wantirna Club for appearances between 7pm – 9pm:
