Anyone know how Derickx is going.  From what i remember he can also play back and would be one of the few we have that could throw some weight around down there, leaving (shudder) Gus in the ruck Ty up forward.  3 talls, then Gus could concentrate purely on the centre of the ground.

RICHMOND - In the Mix

Matt White (shoulder) and Shane Edwards (facial fracture) were both injured in the loss to the Western Bulldogs. White must pass a fitness test to retain his place in the team while Edwards' prognosis is still to be determined. Shane Tuck (ribs) will also face a fitness test as he pushes for selection in the team to take on Essendon on Saturday night. Jeromey Webberley was named in the best players for Coburg in the VFL and looms as a replacement for White or Edwards.

Hocking has accepted the 3 weeks so it's confirmed he's out along with Watson with his hammy.

Dogs had multiple quality players out last week too so I'm not pinning too much hope of this news but I guess has to be positive for us
