If they spent the 500K and put it on Port at $4.50. Would just about wipe away the debt.

Right, so four quarters of pain balanced up by 4 seconds of positives.

An off night all round really.

Positives?

Only that we have developed a culture which does learn from its mistakes, which means, we should be confident that the same mistakes wont be made again.

Nathan Foley for me

Best game I seen him play for a long time

Was actually concerend at one point when he came off for a breather that he was going to pass out - he looked terrible

Agree.  Was standing in front of me late in the last quarter and could hardly lift his legs.  We certainly didn't lose because of Axel.

The two late goals made the margin look more respectable than if we had have lost by 30+ points, which would have been even more embarrassing.

A result like last night was always going to happen to Richmond at some stage in 2011.

I can remember a match in 1994 when we lost a game to Sydney. The Swans were hopeless back then and had won a combined four games in the previous two seasons.Despite that horrible loss we ended up winning six on the trot later in the season.

Another positive for the highly optimistic.....looks like 2011 could be another 10.5/11 wins makes the 8 year.
