Richmond has announced the first of its list changes following the completion of the 2011 season.After three injury-interrupted seasons, Tom Hislop has been informed he will not be offered a new contract.The 23-year-old played 20 games with the Tigers in three seasons, including five this year, after seven matches with Essendon during 2007-08.Tigers’ rookies Robbie Hicks and Nick Westhoff have also been delisted.
