I supported a change of the logo so I'm not against change but I was at least expecting a logo that incorporated the word 'Richmond' or 'Richmond FC' into it rather than adding the actual name of the club off the bottom as an afterthought. The 'Richmond' part is already being left out in most uses in the media. I would've thought it was marketing 101 to have a logo that clearly tells the viewer who it represents and that a good logo shouldn't need a 6 minute video to have to explain what it is!

No doubt the new logo be eventually accepted as we get use to it and we have no choice in it anyway lol but I can see it being changed again.

Unfortunately the new logo is crap. They should ditch it now but they wont because they have to save face.

Not to mention the money and time they spent on it. It takes a year to change a logo as it has to clear the AFL and its licences as well as trademarks etc.

Then when they do change it due to the backlash we can whinge that they didn't have the balls to stick fat with their convictions  :lol

This is Franz Marc, German expressionist influenced by futurism and cubism.  Abstraction is when you draw different parts or perspectives of your subject over each other and then the intersecting parts create new patterns.

Not a good look on the wall.
