Club needs to stop this finals and premiership talk and worry about rebuilding the club on field through proper drafting and developing the kids in the best facilities with the best coaches available.
Club needs to then let on field actions do the talking. Gain respect within football circles, peers sporting culture media.
Then build on the foundations laid and be driven enough to succeed once those plans have been successfully attained. Then and only then will be in a position to challenge for a flag. Let alone have an iron clad guarantee of winning a flag.

Cameron was at Melbourne and look what he did there.

I still maintain that if we were serious about a full rebuild that should've included administration staff too inclusive of Jackson.

Cameron was given a 5 year contract when he arrived in 2008 wasn't he?  Looks like Benny's hands are tied as that decision was made before he came back to Punt Rd.
