The impact was below the force required to constitute a reportable offence, as a medical report from the Essendon Football Club said player Monfries was not treated for any injury for the contact. I think that the common sense approach by the MRP with regard to wrestling/jumper punches with low impact is right, they should do the same with head butts.

Low impact means it brushed them so leave it.

Big improvement on previous rulings.
