Unless his injured, i think this shows that we won't be seeing much of Morrison this year!

Morrison has had a groin strain - that's why he didn't play last week against the Pies or for Coburg.

Coburg has a practice match on Sunday against the Bendogo Bombers at Whitten Oval - depending on how he trained today Morrison will probably play for the Burgers n Sunday - more likely half a game

26 February 2005
Herald Sun

KANE Johnson auditions for the Richmond captaincy today when he leads the Tigers in a practice match against Essendon in Morwell.

Johnson, Matthew Richardson, Nathan Brown and Joel Bowden, captain in last week's Wizard Cup loss to Collingwood, are vying to replace Wayne Campbell who stepped aside as skipper at the end of last season.

Bombers' skipper James Hird, Matthew Lloyd, Jason Johnson, Mark Johnson and Mark McVeigh will miss today's game which starts at 2pm.
