Yeah your right but no offense if he was running a company?
It would be a lot easier to replace your staff with who and what you want- Thats the difference.
His record is crap however like the 12 coaches before him he is not pulling the strings unaided....
my thoughts anyway

If Richmond was a traditional company and not a club it would have gone outta business years ago. Only the members are keeping it alive.

If we'd played Port and the Suns at the G we win both and are up to our teeth in the race for the finals    :banghead

Gonna post this next bit just in case Dimma reads this site.

Dictionary meaning of defence

     [mass noun]

     * the action of defending from or resisting attack
     * fortifications or barriers against attack
     * the players in a team who defend the goal.

That's an interesting comment you make Black.  To read the mass of "end of the world" posts over the last 24 hours you would think we are the worst side in living history coached by a rudderless and clueless coaching team yet many of those same posters agree with you that we only lost those 2 games because they weren't played in Melbourne.  So home wins against Port and the Suns would have made us finals candidates?  No worries, but surely then we can't be as bad as everyone is saying?  Or maybe we are as bad as we say and we wouldn't have won those games regardless of venue?  All sounds like a lot emotional jerking going on to me - knee, circle and all other types you can think of!

Look at Scott from Geelong, first year coach and already has more wins than us!

How can this be!!

Both coaches inherited similar lists, why hasn't Hardwick been able to get the same results...  ::)

The lists are nowhere near comparible. Geelong has been strong for a long time. They only lost Ablett - 1 player, a good one but just 1 player. Geelong is streets infront of us list wise.

LMAO ! The only thing similar about the two lists is that both have 40 players on them

think your sarcasm meter may need a tune black.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Just pointing out that Hardwick took over a complete basket case that had no core of senior players.

The guys that are now making up some of that core are still not up to standard. Jackson, Foley, McGuane, Thursfield...

And the point??
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.
