Geelong at Docklands on Sunday. And I'm going to spare myself the pain of a similar result to the 157 thrashing they dished up to us at the same venue about 4 years ago. A day that my photo appeared in the Herald-Sun for almost giving myself an anuerism I was abusing Brad Ottens so vociferously all day long.

People were ringing up SEN yesterday telling them that they were microwaving their membership cards ... now we are all disappointed but only one of ours would microwave a membership ticket as revenge lol. :lol

I should have patented the the mircowave a membership card idea years ago (I think it was about 15-20 odd years ago) ...seems far too many have cottoned on with no financial benefit to me  ;D

I'm hoping the scheduled family function next week is on Sunday so I have an excuse to not go to Etihad.

Pretty much the same, but I can tell you if I could rely on a mass protest I would definitely consider not going.

no use talking about protests and the like to get the message through. the truck load of chicken poo and the package of hearts really changed things didnt it?

you run out onto a sporting arena and you should not need anything but pride in your own performance to bring out the best.

It's a bit harsh to expect the youngsters to carry the can, but there are some senior players that dont seem to have what it takes in terms of intestinal fortitude.

speaking of which, i hope someone tells jackson that toughness in footy is winning the hard ball, not cheap snipes.

Willy is reading. And yes, Willy is not happy. This is because of the general state of the club at the moment not because of people saying they wont rock up this week.
i dont blame people for not going if they are that upset with the club. I had a problem you saying that u didnt go because you didnt think we would win. I dont need to explain why these are different.

I feel flat as a tack either way.
but thank you for thinking of me.   :-*

That's right, we have every reason to go feral!
The club should be done with fraud! All these promises to suck in members- 70-10-2793 or whatever the stupid slogan is!
"Earn your stripes" was a membership slogan a few years ago, well how about earning your members? Gary March talking about winning flags, well lets beat Suns and Power  first before we talk about flags. In fact Suns will win their first flag before we win another!
All this talk about heading in the right direction, well the only direction we can see is a very familiar pattern reoccuring and that is why we are going feral!

They probably will and should with the draft picks concessions they have had.  None the less we have to take the long road like Geelong did and recruit our own team from the draft not trade for them, develop and improve our club culture, improve our finances.

I don't really see why people as going so bananas, If no the least, we are very close to the the least experienced list in the comp going by games played.  That's why they sold games, cos they knew we were going to be crap this year and next too.
