List changes and best 22 for 2012
« on: July 17, 2011, 09:24:05 AM »
Out:
Delist/Trade

Hislop
Graham
Miller
Moore
Thursfield
Gourdis
Westoff
Hicks
Tuck
Taylor

In:

Hampson(carlton)
18 year old midfielder(1st round pick)
18 year old 205cm ruckman who can jump
18 year old small forward
18 year old midfielder
18 year old key position player
Moore(sydney)-Have always liked him although he doesn't get a heap of opportunity at Sydney. Would fill a small forward hole and will come cheap

I think we should pass on Trengrove. We need a ruckman alot more than a key position player and we don't want to be giving away all our picks on Hampson and Trengrove. We also need to develop our current tall defenders.

Probable post 2012 season delistings:

Edwards
Nason
White
Nahas
Jackson
Farmer

2012 team:

fb: batchelor mcguane newman
hb: grimes rance deledio
c: conca cotchin morton
hf: Moore griffiths king
ff: helbig vickery reiwoldt
foll: Hampson martin foley
int: webberley post 1st round mid astbury(sub)

It seems strange that Postie's stocks seem to have risen this year yet it is his third season and he has not shown much!
Don t get me wrong, i am for retaining him and believe he needs the opportunity to string a few games together but he seems a keeper now after being much maligned for so long!

Jackstar is back again

he must not have photos of the coach
He gets one game and gets dropped .

I really rate Post. Dimma is making Post a better player by bringing him in and out of the team imo. Post looks to be improving his attack on the ball and his 2nd efforts. He will become a more determined player by the time he cements his spot permanently. Would love to see him play the last 6 consecutive games though

Post has done ok in all his games this year but been the unlucky one to go out usually due to team balance or some big player coming back. Post has composure, skill and athleticism. Should be back in the team for good now
