Summary

* We're in a little bit of a tough spot at the moment after a few losses. Been hard to get up and about but we were excited how we went about it last week as we made some gameplan changes and saw it happen in periods of the match. Good for us going forward.

* You come into the year with many goals and expectations as individuals and as a group. Won a few games early on as the underdog. Came into the year wanting to improve and earlier in the year we were doing that. We have improved but need to finish off the year well so we can show we have improved.

* Been games were we've played halves and quarters or started poorly and haven't given us the chance to be in the game. Minor tinkering common with young sides. As he said we've made some minor changes over the bye - running patterns forward and movement out of the backline. Needs time for everyone to get on the same page so it becomes second nature and that's when you start winning as a result.

* Take expectations (on himself and Cotch) on board. Happens at all clubs. Important for us to focus on our own performance as performing well brings others along. Be leaders onfield. See Conca who's coming along nicely in his first year and getting his hands on the footy which is what we want.

* No doubt you ask questions after a few losses in a row but in no way has the club lost sight where it's going. When you sit down with the coaches and admin they are clear on where we are heading and everyone is one the same page. Dimma has been fantastic and always sits down and continually questions where we are as a group and what steps we need to take to get there. He knows where we are at and where we are going.

* Dimma takes it all on his shoulders. He takes the brunt of the criticism from media and supporters. When you're not playing to coach's directions it makes it difficult to perform for 4 quarters and get the result. Been our focus to work on that, to better it and take that into 2012.

* Can understand supporters getting frustrated. It's been 10 years without finals. Best thing about our supporters is they turn up. Hope to see their happy faces at the 'G on Sunday and get the result to share the victory. We are all trying the best we can to become a successful side and tick all the boxes along the way in getting there.

* Exciting for himself to finally get a full preseason and he's been able to play every game this year. All about that continuity and knowing the preparation required to keep that going. He's played well and played poorly this year. About getting that consistently so that gap between good and poor narrows.

* Tucky is a fantastic guy and he hasn't ever got the "poos" with the club. He brings that contested footy. Works hard for the team. First bloke to help you and pick you up off the ground. Great guy to have around the club.

* Nothing more exciting that seeing Jack up and about and kicking goals. More focus on him late last year and this year and he's has to learn to deal with that. Opposition hasn't been given room to leap and jump. Credit to Jack as wants what's best for the club and to help the team to get better. It hasn't been about him. He's still leading the Coleman even though everyone is saying he hasn't been himself. He knows he can improve himself but he always doing what's best for the team.

* Best side this year you played against? Between Collingwood and Geelong although Carlton are up there as well. West Coast played very well against us too.

Have to ask yourself the question then WHY WHY WHY the hell hasn't he played all year from round 1 and we must retain him next year, at least for one more season.
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

the interesting thing is that he wasnt asked about tucks attitude to not getting a game.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

because they didnt want him playing 15 games thus ensuring a contract extension for him

Keeping him under that figure means Dimma will more than likely delist him

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

He has only played 6 so far so should get a game for the rest of the year.
