Summary

* Signs last week we were starting to get our game up and running again and good to carry it out yesterday.

* Message all game to run Sydney off their feet. We knew they like the stoppage style and we had the runners such as Nahas, King and Edwards on HFFs. So we just put it out in front of them to run onto.

* Houli was terrific. Good to have someone else to team up with at HB along with Newy out.

* Is there a trigger when you're on as a team? We didn't train any differently. Just expected to go out there to play the right way and we did that and played as a team. What we are striving for and what we need to do to play finals.

* After beating Essendon you dropped the next to lowly Port - how do you stop that happening again this week? Need to stay on top of things but see the positives and know we can take it up to some good sides. We'll respect Melbourne as they are above us on the ladder. We need to come out strong as we owe them one from earlier in the season.

* There's a number of areas we can improve in - we could do with a bigger ruckman as Gus carries a lot of the workload with Browne is still a young fellow plus another running outside midfielder to take the load off Cotch and Dusty as Dimma mentioned yesterday. Someone of their ilk to help them out.

* Dusty Martin - Bruce was all over him in the commentary box wasn't he watching the replay. Like anyone struggles to keep up when being beaten week in week out but Dusty always has that ability in his game to suddenly explode and kick goals. Lids said he stood in awe at HB watching some of things Dusty does.
