I still wouldnt label as disrespected , i have critiqued their performance relative to others in the sports and entertainement industry and as a key stakeholder in this org I have every right to do so...dissapointed would be a better description

That we as supporters judge footballers purely on what they do on the ground (or don't do might be more apt  ) whereas the Club sees what each player does and adds to the Club off-field.
