Good news.

Disgraceful. He performs his role in the zone better than ANYONE and has some great leadership qualities. Dimma will do the right thing and Mitchy will be a Tiger in 2012  :thumbsup

Couldn't possibly have any currency...

McGuane, Connors, Farmer. If these guys are shipped out we've done well. Can't be greedy but Jackson and Edwards would be lovely.

Farmer is a great kick and.....well, he's been reasonable as a small forward but with Morris coming to the club that option may have dried up too. Hard to see where he can play or even who he is ahead of.

"Small forward" can't say I've seen him play many games as a smalll fwd Stripes, played mainly as a defender but I do agree he is good kick especially over longer distances

I reckon he will stay

Farmer has been upgraded with Morris
If he isn't contracted he is gone

Probably not a safe thing to admit, but I don't mind Farmer. I always thought he had a good boot (4th quarter? Vs Sydney at the 'G, bombed a pearler on to a running target in the forward line) and provided a bit of contest. My best Farmer memory was Vs Melbad the most recent time and took on two attackers with a loose ball and won the contest... Only to be unfairly pinged in the end with a deliberate out of bounds.

No superstar of course and looks to be replaced by Morris. Obviously wouldn't carry any currency either so I wouldn't be surprised if he is just delisted. /2cents :p

Farmer is out of contract so if another club doesn't show any interest he could be gone by Oct 31. Then again we have a habit of demoting a senior listed player down to the rookie list in recent years so that's another option.

Craig Cameron should go with him.
