IF it is, Gourdis will be extremely lucky to survive

Yes, but he's contracted for next year

I rate Webberley and would be surprised if he got delisted. I think Moore will retire and Gourdis may get delisted before the draft

Either of you see Webberley playing much of a role when we're any good? TSL is the level Webbers dominates at, not AFL.

2 picks is not enough, interesting tacic Geelong have done, drop positions but increase the number of draft picks under 40 they have.

Maybe we ought to look into some similar tactics, they have produced players like Paul Chapman from pick 31, maybe two PC's is better than one Jack Reiwoldt?  I wonder if it depends on the state of the rest of your list, hmmm.

No doubt we tried to offload a McGuane or Connors for another pick inside the top 50 but not surprisingly no takers. Dan apparently failed a medical test when Adelaide looked at him according to Tas.

Still two picks inside the 'first' round is better than most clubs GWS aside. FJ and the recruiting staff should still be able to find two good kids if they are doing their job properly.

This is Emma Quayle's top 15:

Patton
Coniglio
Tyson
Buntine
Longer
Wingard
Hoskin-Elliott
Greene
Sumner
Kavanagh
Devon Smith
Tomlinson
Kersten
Haynes
Docherty

The interesting point is this line from her article: "This may mean a few good midfielders get pushed down the order to clubs like Richmond, the Dockers, the Bulldogs and Essendon."
