I think we should pay 100% of the cap every year as a club policy regardless of the rules to reward the young warriors who wear the Yellow and Black.

They are all doing their best for us.

This is Correct :thumbsup It is probably why McGuane hasn't tried harder the last 2 years, only being paid $450k a season is pittance! $650 to $850K per year is more apt for a young guy who has promised so much.
