Can I just say what a wank.

Sub-committee to decide jumper changes, I've heard it all now.

But of course, everything is great at the club.  :cheers

I agree actually, who really cares .
Some guys should just concentrate on getting a kick and a bit of contested ball.
 :banghead

Of course you don't agree with anything the club does.  But where in all this did it say the players were responsible for sitting down and going through this process?  At the end of the day they get asked by the club if they want a new number xx or keep their old one, nothing more than a 1 second answer to a question.  Hardly taking up much time that could be spent on "getting a kick or contested ball" now is it.  For God's sake Jack, give it a break.

Just open the curtains and let more light in. His ilk soon slink back to the shadows, They like the darkness.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

do you really need a sub-committee, ? please spare me.
Tell you nuffers something funny.
At a board meeting probably 6-8 years ago, there was a debate about there flower arrangements at the Presidents lunch. ::) ::)
The feedback from the wifes of the board members was that they werent happy.
Meeting closed and topic then raised at next meeting.
My mail was that the ''footy person"' at the time spat the dummy.
Yep, lets have a sub-committe  for numbers :birthday

You know Jack your points lose any credibility when you continue to bring up stuff that supposedly happened 6-8 years ago - who gives a rats to be honest what happened at board meeting 6-8 years ago.

And if a 2nd year player walks into the coaches or Footy Mgrs office and says I want to wear number 3 then yeah I reckon you need someone, probably not a committee to say "sorry kid that number means something at this club you've got to earn that right"

"Oh yes I am a dreamer, I still see us flying high!"

Yeah, I'm with you WP a committee on this is overkill in the extreme.

This actually sums up why I don't like Cameron, it has him all over it.

All sizzle, no sausage.

edited to correct WP's typo  ;D

Spoke to Daniel Jackson at a Tiger Lillies function and I can tell you without revealling too much that this committee was his idea so get your facts straight before shooting from the hip TBR

That means I just indirectly criticised Daniel Jackson.

If I look at the numbers issue, I see that Postie still has 37.  It appears to me to be a message to him that he still hasn't "arrived" and that he has only one year left on his contract.  I don't know what Ben Griffiths has done that puts him ahead of Postie, but that seems to be the message.

Maybe Postie is happy to stick with 37?? Just because you offered a number doesn't mean you have to take it ;) ;)

He had 50 at training from memory.

He's not officially on the list until after the rookie draft so i guess he will get one then.
