and by stuff do we give away a pathetic amount of frees in the middle of the ground

It has happened for the past few years. It's like the tagger thinks the best way to stop the gun opposition mid is to give him a free kick at the centre bounce.

A much much better performance in game 2. Liked the games of Maric x 2, like the games of Ellis and Elton in parts, Derrickx has potential. At least we are still in the comp but if we hadnt stupidly coughed up the game to Norf then we would have been right in the mix.

While 10 flags has effectively become a poor mans Jackstar and it is "only" a praccy match, we invent ways to lose games that if it were cricket I'd swear we were on the take.

Just call it how I see it. Game 1 was given away by us Game 2 we were much better. Above all in game 2 their was a real determination to get the result. If that determination had been shown in Game 1 we would have been 2 wins after tonight.

Who was out for this game, compared to the North game?

some funny poo in here.

I think people underestimate north because they see them as a poot club, but in reality they are at the same point as us, a side trying to improve as quickly as they can. if things go as planned for both clubs then over the next few years we will have some some good tussles with them , some good wins as well as some frustrating losses. a narrow loss to them at this point is far from a disgrace.

Gee i like what i saw of elton. I think he may be ahead of griffiths in the pecking order.

Mini maric was also encouraging.

Heap of changes for the 2nd game.

Out: McGuane, Edwards, I. Maric, Riewoldt, Martin, Cotchin, Arnot,
In: Post, Vickery, White, Jackson, A. Maric, Tuck, Foley,

Off the top of my head...

Totally agree- also think Tucky was sensational around the contest. Must play Round 1

yeah did well to get back on and do that after getting knocked down...

mini maric's touches were all good.

Tuck is just a machine, dont care what anyone says, he needs to play will make life so much easier for Cotch, martin, Lids and Foley. Post was good too I thought.
