« on: November 01, 2011, 11:48:57 AM »
with the end of year delistings now announced from all clubs, just wondering if anyone sees any value there for PSD/rookie picks?

I don't mind Ed Lower.

Paul Bevan has vanished would have had decent currency 3 years ago.

Wouldn't touch Wonemerri and Dick whilst talented is injury prone. Pies wouldn't have delisted him if they didn't think he had a future. No point.

Motlop, too old.

Setanta, no chance.

I got nothin'. As pope said, Bevan a couple of years ago for sure, but not now. 28 is too old for a hard at it backman.

JON gone again... :rollin
And a bad time for the Westhoff family.

yeah, perfect for giving the youngsters a bit of protection, has experience, gives him a year or two more in the game and it isn't like he cannot play at all, will never be a star but is serviceable and a bigger body.  I suspect Sheeds is also keen to play up the Irish connection in Sydney too, there is a strong Irish heritage there, it is something he wouldn't let slide.

No to Motlop. Brad Dick is too injury prone. If wasn't so would nominate him. If anyone I would nominate Blake but having said that he is only a tap ruckman and struggles to get possessions. No player really stands out

Hope Motlop gets picked up. Gets a bad wrap from muppets with NFI. Has worked his ass off over the last year and a half.
