Sorry guy's!!

Pick 53 Hawthorn

Tom Curran
Height: 195cm
Weight: 86kg
DOB: 18/9/1993
Club: Oakleigh Chargers

Represented Vic Metro in three games at the Under 18 Championships. He is a hard working key position player, son of former Hawk Peter Curran. Is very well built, a good kick and loves the hard contests.Curran like his old man is known for his marking ability and although we didn’t get to see much of it at the U18 Championships, let me assure you he can take a good mark.
He will be a development forward but is well worth the risk at pick 53.

Pick 54. Melbourne - Pass

This is the Dees' last pick so I think they will 'pass' here and keep a PSD pick up their sleeve.

Tiga asked me to stand in:

Ok it is with great pleasure that the Richmond Football Club with its last selection at #55 have chosen....(Drum roll)

Josh Tynan (Gippsland Power)

DOB: 06/11/93
Height: 185cm
Weight: 76Kg

How in the hell this kid made it to 55 is beyond us, but we consider ourselves very, very fortunate to snag such a talented player at such a late stage in the draft.
Josh is a quality backman who is excellent overhead and takes a great contested mark. He has good leg speed and an excellent leap allowing him to play on taller players. He has been regularly ranked as a top 30 draft prospect.

Take a look at his youtube video and you will see that this kid has great potential. Playing style is similar to Jake Batchelor.

Kicking skills for Tynan? A bit up and under but at 55 not a bad choice. Would have gone for somebody else myself. Infact I move that Tiga gets the arse for the 2012 OER Phantom draft as Richmonds recruiter.  :lol

Great pick Tiga, stole our man with the pick before. Tynan is a talent and will not be around this pick in the real draft.

 Pick 56. Joel Hamling (Claremont)
Height: 193cm
Weight: 78kg

Mobile forward playing in the Colts in WAFL who can also play in defence and ruck. Impressive for WA against NT and Tasmania in the NAB AFL Under 18 Championships, averaging five marks. Has proven to be an effective ruckman with great tap work and aggression around the ground. Has plenty of potential and talent and I wouldn't be suprised to see him snapped up in the top 30, so to get him at 56 is fantastic for GWS.
